Would you like a contact centre job that improves people’s lives?
Citizens Advice Gateshead is an independent local charity, and one of the network of charities responsible for the delivery of the national Citizens Advice Adviceline service which provides advice and information by telephone and web chat to members of the general public from across England and Wales.
Our team of Adviceline Contact Centre Advisers provides tailored, succinct telephone advice to members of the general public to help them to know and understand their social welfare rights and responsibilities, so they can improve their quality of life. If you have proven experience of providing advice and guidance which has enabled someone to take corrective action, and you are able to gather key information through use of effective questioning techniques, we can provide training in the area of social welfare rights and responsibilities.
