The Contact Centre Adviser will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering our high-performing national telephone-based Consumer Service contract. This is one of several important services delivered by Citizens Advice Gateshead which is a charity operating locally, regionally and nationally in pursuit of our vision of a fair society for all, with lives well lived.
As a member of a team of advisers, reporting to a Telephone Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will be providing tailored, succinct telephone advice to support the general public to exercise their consumer rights in law. If you have proven experience of providing advice and guidance on complex issues, we can offer training so you are able to gain the comprehensive consumer law knowledge you will require to undertake this role.
Comprehensive in-house training in Consumer Law will be provided to candidates that are able to demonstrate an aptitude in the delivery of advice and information.
Located in Gateshead centre within a few minutes’ walk of the metro/bus interchange
