I'm having real problems during lockdown and I don't think I'm going to be able to pay my gas and electricity bill. Will I be disconnected?
The video below tells you when and how to get in touch with an Energy Adviser within the Citizens Advice Consumer Service if you or someone you know has a problem paying for gas and electricity, if you fear you may be disconnected or if you can’t get out of the house to top-up your pre-payment meter because you are sick or self-isolating.
