What is Fuel Poverty? by Molly Hall, Research and Campaigns volunteer A household is said to be in ‘fuel poverty’ […]
I'm having real problems during lockdown and I don't think I'm going to be able to pay my gas and electricity bill. Will I be disconnected?
The video below tells you when and how to get in touch with an Energy Adviser within the Citizens Advice Consumer Service if you or someone you know has a problem paying for gas and electricity, if you fear you may be disconnected or if you can’t get out of the house to top-up your pre-payment meter because you are sick or self-isolating.
Our energy advisers in the Consumer Service can help with these, and any other, energy-related issues that you may have.
You can ring the Consumer Service on 0808 223 1133
