As the trading subsidiary of Citizens Advice Gateshead, and a social enterprise that's registered as a community interest company, we design and deliver highly affordable and high impact training nationally, and the feedback from our customers speaks for itself - people have consistently said the training is accessible, it makes a difficult subject easy to understand and it will improve the service they can provide to their own clients. If you need independent endorsement for your reassurance, several of our courses are accredited by CPD.

The training programmes are designed to equip you with the knowledge you need to anticipate, understand and respond to potential challenges being faced by your clients and your staff – thoroughly understanding policy in practice. Our focus is on the people, and how they can manage the processes – rather than the policy itself.
Our approach to course design and development is modular, so you are able to build your knowledge throughout the training and, critically, giving you the confidence to use it. Robustly designed, training is highly interactive, breaking through the complexities of the social welfare support system.
Many of our training course have achieved CPD accreditation. Accredited CPD training provides you with the reassurance that our learning activity has been independently assessed and scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality, and that it has reached the required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks required by the CPD Certification Service.
