Four-Day Week Trial Featured on BBC
Citizens Advice Gateshead has been taking part in an international trial since the summer of 2022, implementing a four-day week for our staff.
As the trial comes to an end, a report was published today highlighting the many areas where working four days - with five days output - has had a marked benefit on the staff involved.
