Whether you need to better understand the claims process, you need help to set up your Universal Credit account online or you just need to ask questions about making your claim we can help.

Monday afternoons 1pm until 4.30 pm

Thursday afternoons 1 pm until 4.30 pm
Citizens Advice Gateshead, Swan Street, Gateshead
Monday to Friday 9 am until 5 pm (6 pm on Thursdays)
