Our central hub in Gateshead is located just a few minutes walk from Gateshead Interchange, and just down the steps from Trinity Square, along from the job centre. Our free, impartial and independent advice and information service can help you with benefits, managing debt, housing problems and many other issues. No appointment is needed although you may need to wait.
It will help the Citizens Advice Gateshead advisers if you bring with you any paperwork you might have about the issues you want to discuss. The service is independent and confidential and is provided by Citizens Advice Gateshead and supported by local people.
